About Home New Space
A Newton renovation team that helps homes of every age feel open, bright and new.
Every home has room to grow
Home New Space was founded by a designer and a builder who spent years working in the Victorians, Colonials and Capes of Newton and the surrounding villages. Again and again, they met homeowners who loved their houses but felt held back by dark rooms, awkward layouts and tired systems.
We believe the best renovations do not erase a home's history. They uncover new space, light and comfort within it. Our team combines thoughtful design with careful construction, coordinating every trade and permit so you can focus on how you want to live.
From a single bathroom to a whole home transformation, we bring the same attention to detail, honest communication and respect for your home and neighbours.
